Do you offer payment installments?

Yes, you can spread the cost of your purchase over 4 installments using Klarna or AfterPay. To take advantage of this option, simply choose Klarna or Afterpay as your payment method during checkout.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

The only additional charge you'll encounter is HST, which will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs for the bar exam charts are included in the price, so you won't need to worry about shipping fees. However, shipping outside of Ontario may incur additional charges. Please get in touch with us first if wanting delivery outside of Ontario.

Are there any discounts available?

Occasionally, we offer discounts on our bar prep products. The best way to stay informed about our latest deals is to subscribe to our website, as we announce discounts to our subscribers.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier package?

You can upgrade your tier plan at any time to access additional resources and features. However, downgrading is not currently an option.

Do you offer refunds (digital learning materials)?

Due to the digital nature of the learning materials, we do not offer refunds on purchases. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience, so if you encounter any issues or concerns, please reach out to us.

What is your refund policy for the printed bar exam charts?

We generally don't offer refunds on printed charts, but if you encounter issues like damage or printing errors, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll evaluate the situation and provide a solution, which may include a replacement or refund. Our goal is your satisfaction and the quality of our study materials.

What if I need to re-write the solicitor bar exam?

As we're committed to your success, we'll happily renew your digital access to the plan or the a la carte option you purchased for no additional charge. If you purchased our bar exam charts via a tiered plan or a la carte, we will happily re-ship a new copy to you. We only ask that you cover the printing and shipping fees.

Can I download or print the summaries?

Our summaries are designed for easy online access and cannot be downloaded or printed.

What about the whiteboard animation videos and audio summaries, can they be downloaded?

You can stream the whiteboard animations and audio tracks online for a convenient, on-the-go study experience; however, our videos and audio tracks are not downloadable.

Thereafter, we can process your order and begin shipment. Please note that our bar exam charts are not downloadable or available to view online. They’re offered in physical copy only.

What is your free shipping policy for the bar exam charts?

We offer free standard shipping for our bar exam charts within Ontario. For shipments to other Canadian provinces, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order. We'll provide you with a shipping quote and help you complete your order with the appropriate shipping fees applied.

How long does it take to process and ship the bar exam charts?

We'll ship out your charts within 2 business days after you place your order, and shipping usually takes up to 3 business days for Ontario locations. If you're in a hurry, just let us know, and we can arrange express shipping, which may incur an additional fee.

Is tracking available for the bar exam charts once shipped?

Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress and know exactly when to expect its arrival. You'll receive this information via email, along with a link to track your shipment.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address for my bar exam charts?

If you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, don't panic! Simply email us soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order with the correct address before it ships out. Keep in mind, however, that we can't guarantee changes to your order once it's been processed. In such cases where the order has already been processed and shipped, we may charge printing and shipping fees to resend the charts.

Your access to the learning materials will expire either 90 days after your purchase or the day after the solicitor bar exam, depending on which occurs earlier.
